ECB sanctions Bank of Cyprus on liquidity transfer to subsidiaries

ATHENS (Reuters) – The European Central Bank said on Monday it sanctioned Bank of Cyprus for transferring liquidity to subsidiaries without approval, slapping a 575,000 euro fine.
